my mother-in-law who is in her 80s We beat wall after wall until the Facebook Portal appeared. She was finally open to it when she saw the ease of use! She already knew Facebook Messenger, so she couldn't learn anything new! The camera cover is also a great security addition and gives the user a sense of peace. We also got one for my parents (early 70's) and they installed it themselves and filled in with no problems! It really says something when our senior community feels comfortable using a product! As for the quality of the connection, if you have a good wifi, the quality is excellent! I would say the best feature is how the camera moves to keep the caller in focus and on camera! Also notice how it amplifies when other people come into view! We really can't say enough good things! I only wish we had had it many years ago! This is a game changer!
