Review on 💆 L'Oreal Paris Hair Care Expertise Everpure Repair & Defend Rinse Out Mask, 8.5 fl oz by Brittney Merrill

I have been using L'oreal Paris Feria Color Moisturizing Treatment for 20 years on my naturally frizzy, dry, sometimes coloured/highlighted hair. It either comes in a Feria color box, or you can buy the larger 6-ounce size at Sally Beauty or online. For unknown reasons, L'Oreal decided to stop selling outside of the Feria box. It was consistently the BEST conditioner I've ever used and I've spent a fortune trying literally everything on the market. Everyone I've recommended it to has also been amazed by its effectiveness. It gave instant results and improvements for dry, colored hair. After one use, it became silky, like straw hair. So I emailed L'Oreal to find out WHY they discontinued such an amazing product and they gave me a lame excuse to discontinue Feria and then recommended Everpure Repair and Defend Mask as a replacement. THAT'S NOT THAT. My ratings are: 1) Shipping + Seller - 5 stars. No problem. 2) Untangle + Glide - 1 star. Doesn't untangle tangles very well - my comb did most of the work. 3) Moisturizing - 3 stars. Humidity is okay. Fine. Nothing special 4) Smell - zero stars. It has a strange pine smell. If you want your hair to smell like pine salt, this conditioner is for you. 5) packaging - zero stars. Comes in a tub, so unsanitary. You have to dip your hand in the bath and introduce bacteria every time you use it. Why is anyone using the bathroom for anything now? PUT INTO A TUBE L'OREAL.6) Texture - 2 stars. Not very thick - liquid. Specially designed to be packed in a tube. Drops through fingers when squeezing out. About half the thickness of the Feria7) L'Oreal Customer Service - ZERO stars. Serious? WHAT do you recommend to replace the best air conditioner ever?
