Natural wood works best for food strainers
After I decided to go Fiber Fueled I quickly realized that a tofu press would come in very handy. If I were to eat more natural foods, it would make more sense to use a natural tofu press. Not only is this bamboo tofu press natural, but the pieces of fabric you place between the tofu and the press are natural linen and can be reused! I particularly liked how easy it was to empty the water from the lower drip tray.
