I bought this bag for a 2 week trip to Europe. I wanted a shoulder bag that was lightweight and had plenty of zipped compartments to organize all the things I need to keep on hand. The bag exceeded my expectations. It's lightweight, easy to clean and wears well. I had no problems with any fasteners. The strap is wide and comfortable to wear as a crossbody or shoulder bag, and stays in place when the strap is lengthened or shortened. I carried a guide book, maps, small umbrella, cardigan, wallet, cosmetics, tissues, comb and comb, passport, bus/subway tickets, glasses, hand sanitizer and more in five zipped compartments. Inside there is a compartment with a zipper, also spacious. I carried a small water bottle and sunglasses in two elasticated side pockets. I am very happy with this bag.
