I ordered the following size L: 17.7"-19.7" (45-50cm). My dog's neck is 18 inches. This size should have fit but it was too small even when I put it on at the largest girth - it was very very tight. So I got a refund and ordered size XL: 19.7"-21.7". "(50-55 cm). I will review this collar after I receive it next week. I was disappointed that the size listed on Revain was incorrect for this item. UPDATE: I received size XL and it fits my dog but it's a bit too loose and I can't make it smaller The collar looks good and is well made but due to the way it was designed it's difficult to size for a perfect fit So a replacement collar is better than too tight, but I would not buy this product again.
