Liked shampoo BUT.

I really like the shampoo BUT the first bottle I used (there were four in the box) had the lid broken off and it was impossible to use. It doesn't pump and you can't unscrew the cap. The only alternative is if I want to cut off the top of the bottle and pour into another container. I hate wasting a whole bottle of shampoo.
