Benefits: These slides are designed for very heavy duty applications. The runners have full extension and a very convenient self-closing function. The 100lb capacity is overkill for my application but will hopefully result in longer life under light loads. Problems: When opening these slides, the first 3 inches or so pull out very far. At first I thought I had alignment issues. But the way they're constructed, within that 3 inches, the limitation comes from the self-locking system. This creates additional resistance. My drawers won't slide out which makes this problem even worse. If you need instructions, don't rely on the included two-page installation guide to be very helpful. It's poorly translated and uses English words that don't make sense in the context in which they're used. Also, if I understand them correctly, the method they suggested doesn't work to install these rails in a regular American closet. youtube it.
