The best part of Scoold is the ease of use and the fact that everything is so well integrated. Once you have set up the board, the questions and answers, you can just get going. There is nothing I dislike about Scoold. It has everything you need from a customer support tool for your company. I have had issues with the mobile app but the support team has been quick to fix the issues. I am using Scoold to build a knowledge base for my company. We are also using it to provide customer support for our products.
