Good for the price but not great

The garland with tassels was particularly disappointing. The black tassels are made of tissue paper and all glued together. It took a long time to separate them, and half of them ended up anyway. The silver tassels are also very thin and of poor quality; the same problem, I slowly separate them and tear off a bunch. (The gold tassels are of the expected quality.) Some of the balloons also had holes in them. Also, the fringed curtains were of different lengths so placing them next to each other to cover the doorway looked bad and didn't match. The curls, quakers and banners were fine.
