1. Printer did not recognize cartridges immediately2. After cleaning the contacts as recommended by Coloretto, the printer left black ink stains all over the paper3. A clean cartridge followed by alignment gave unsatisfactory results3. Upon further inspection of the cartridges, black ink covered the ink heads and the inside of my printer4. I spent a good 35 minutes removing excess ink with alcohol swabs. If I could give negative stars I would. 1 star not deserved.6. Return with full refund.
