No dislikes at this time :) It's an amazing tool! You should try it out, definitely worth every penny spent on its subscription plan! We are able to track traffic flows through different channels across both desktop and mobile devices and identify where people drop off after visiting our website or landing page. This helps us understand what needs improvement. They have an amazing team that I've worked with personally, they are very helpful when it comes to making sure my account stays well managed! It's not always easy as sometimes you can feel like there isn't enough time or resources available but their customer service has been great throughout our partnership together so far :) We're looking into new ways we could use them more going forward - would be good if this were possible (as opposed to just being able set up alerts).
