Review on ๐ŸŽง Logitech G533 Wireless Gaming Headset: top-tier Pro-G audio drivers and immersive DTS 7.1 surround sound by Gunaraj Callaham

Revainrating 4 out of 5

All sounds randomly disappear

So I got this headset about a week ago, the wired to wireless transition should have been great. Unfortunately, I was starting to run into problems, but let's talk about the pros first! Long wireless range: I can walk into the kitchen to get something and still hear everything! No problem! - Battery life: Great! No problem with that. I also think it's programmed to automatically go to sleep if there's no sound for X amount of time to save battery. Great for when you forget to turn it off and leave. - Noise Reduction: Reduces noise quite well. - Sound Quality: Not someone who really appreciates sound so move on to another review. This sound quality is good. Now for the cons and why I only gave 1 star. - Disconnection: I think the headset is somehow disconnected from my PC. I happen to lose the audio or hear this really weird clicking or knocking noise. It happened too often. I'm watching a video and suddenly the sound disappears. The physical device is fine as I play with the volume control and it beeps louder/quieter. Or when I try to turn the headset on and off to reconnect, I hear a beep. So obviously it has something to do with the connection to my PC. I looked for drivers for the headset and couldn't find them. I even installed the Logitech gaming software for their products but it's almost useless for this problem. Also when I start Discord it seems to make the problem worse. I bought this gaming headset to play games with my friends, so this is a big con for me. When this issue is resolved I will update my review. But in general, it's about avoiding. I would look for another wireless headset. **UPDATE** I increased my score to 4/5. I found out why my headset is losing sound. USB 3.0 is NOT supported! If you plug it into a USB 3.0 port, it will ruin everything!
