I like that we are able to track our website traffic in real time from multiple locations across different devices (mobile or desktop). The reports aren't as detailed so it would help if they were more customizable with their templates/reports available. It's not very intuitive how you use this tool either - there isn't much documentation about using them effectively once installed. Try out several other tools before making your decision! You will find many benefits of having an effective tracking system set up within minutes after installation. This allows us all at my office to see what pages people visit most frequently which helps guide decisions regarding future content creation & design elements.
