Fantastic knife. The best. 10 times better than the $3 version you find at any grocery store. It's worth it if you're going to be peeling any fruit or veg at all. However, you must be careful in this matter. I peeled a WET potato that I had just washed and it was slippery. It wasn't that big of a potato. While I was cleaning it, my WIFE asked me from across the room if I could take the empty bowl she was holding. (WHY?!) Then I accidentally ripped off part of my MINIATURE because I was distracted and because the knife is so sharp. Needless to say, I vowed to write this Revain review while cleaning and tending my wound and stopping the bleeding. Great cleaner, but please clean responsibly.
