I love this pillow! It replaced all the other pillows I thought I needed. It's like a cocoon. I'm 5ft 5in and the pillow legs support me up to my ankles. As it was the middle of summer I didn't realize that with so many pillows it got too hot. The pillowcase isn't the softest, but it's decent. I tied a large silk scarf around my head. The firmness and volume of the pillow are comfortable; I've been using it for a month and haven't noticed any problems. This was the last purchase for pain relief. I have had ilio-tibial band pain along the outer thigh for many years. This is of course the side I prefer to sleep on. I tried to use an embarrassing amount of king-size pillows to prop myself up on my other side but ended up on my stomach, causing my back to hurt. After sleeping with this pillow for almost a month, I felt less pain in my hips. on both sides, and I no longer sleep on my stomach. Best sleep I've had in years. Plus, it's a good pretzel for your back if you're reading in bed and have one arm stretched out in front of you to find a book stand.
