This is an amazing device. What I like: Long battery life. Holds a charge for at least a week. Vacuum is amazingly useful, and it works! A solid blue LED indicates charging is complete. You can leave the wall transformer unattended, but it's best to turn it off after charging is complete. then cutter without vacuum. What I don't like: The guide combs are VERY brittle. God forbid dropping a loose guide comb 4 feet on ceramic tile, they're guaranteed to break especially thin tiles like 3mm. mine has! I had to order 2 more. The guide combs are not optimally adjusted. Be careful not to drop them when performing complex maneuvers on your hat. I wish they were very tight. The plastic parts are also brittle and the comb is unusually large and heavy in my hand and the oval shape means it can slip out of your fingers while cutting your hair like me. do all the time. Guaranteed to break if dropped. Be careful not to tear the vacuum tank with sharp objects when cleaning. Overall this is a great value and I only use a 3mm 1/8" guide comb.
