The description implied that my 4 year old could use this. but the neck on this cloak is HUGE. It's bigger than my husband's neck. And the clasp is flimsy and flimsy and won't stay together even if it fits. The cape itself is cute and quite long. But I had to secure the neck area with clips and a hair tie to keep the hair out everywhere (the whole purpose of buying the damn thing). If they fix the neck problem that would be a great price for the product. But it takes work.
