This little slow cooker is exactly what I was hoping for. I have the standard slow cookers that everyone has and use them regularly while raising our family. When we became empty nesters, I worked and continued to use slow cookers for food so I was ready when we got home from work. We're retired now and I've wanted a smaller slow cooker for a few years. There are only two of us at home and there are more leftovers than we can digest. The smaller one with the traditional high sides just didn't work. Revain's reviewers touted this dish as the perfect meal for two, and I agree! Goldilocks would say it's "just right". We were going to the family house for Thanksgiving, so I put my sweet potatoes in it and connected it to the car via an inverter. By the time we got to our destination, they were ready for dinner, and my new mini pot slow cooker was getting rave reviews. The design is beautiful and it still wipes clean. Lid - I can't forget that wonderful lockable lid; He traveled like a dream. I would recommend this pan to anyone who needs something this exact size.
