Kia Optima, the G4ND CVVL engine with Shell Helix oil made such sounds that it felt like it was time for a major overhaul. After changing the oil to Liquid Moli, the rattling did not disappear, but it became much quieter, many times over. There is no longer a feeling that at the slightest acceleration the engine will give up. If I had known about this oil before, I would never have filled the hat that the dealer imposed.
