I was excited to try this product just because it said you can use it right away without heat. This is not true as you must either heat or cool the wax to get the desired viscosity. I live on the east coast and when the product arrived I could hardly touch it. I watched a 5 minute YouTube video explaining what the product is supposed to look like. I had to leave it in hot water for more than 20 minutes. I could just use my regular wax as it's the same process now. The wax itself is not user friendly, especially if you are a beginner. I have thicker/coarse hair and thought this would work for her but it doesn't. The wax itself didn't hurt, which I liked. I wish it would work better for pulling out thicker hair, but it's not for me. Overall disappointed as the advertising for this product is misleading.
