Arrived today. unpacked. Read the user manual. Insert the batteries (the expiry date on them is 12-2020). That does not work. The radio turns on, but the sound is barely audible (regardless of the volume setting). And it doesn't play the CD at all. A new CD, freshly inserted from a sealed box. Nothing. The CD will not play. The display area simply shows "no". No matter what I do, it won't play the CD. I tried 3 different discs, all brand new, sealed in the box. The display of the ghetto blaster always shows "no" and does nothing. Both my husband and I read the manual over and over again and followed all the instructions exactly. It's bloody expensive for such a mess. And nowhere is there a phone number to ask the manufacturer, the seller or anyone for help. The only contact information is an email address so you can send it in for repairs. When you also say what cost you have to pay to fix it, are you kidding?
