They were for a 2005 Nissan Titan that didn't originally come with filters (XE version). The replacement is pretty easy - you either have to remove the glove box or you can push the locking pins in far enough to get the job done. The filter box is located just behind the glove box and is held in place by a single hex head machine screw. Unscrew and remove the cover, pull out the old filters - first the left, then the right. Replacement is reversed - first the right side, slide it to the side, then insert the left side. Note the arrow on the side of the filter - it should be pointing down and the airflow is top to bottom. Put the cover on, put the glove box back in and you're done. 10-15 minutes max and you've saved a lot of money instead of taking the car to the dealer.
