First it exceeded my expectations then it stopped working

I took it out of the box and made a blouse right away! The car was fully fueled and ready to go! Easy to use, nice features like light and pedal. I'm not an expert, so even simple instructions have proven to be very useful. Unfortunately, the sewing machine didn't even work for a month. It doesn't work anymore and I don't know why. I want to return it, but my return window is closed. :(
