I ordered Supcase UB Pro for my new Galaxy Note 20 Ultra on 08/15/20 (and needed it quickly as it had no protection) and it finally arrived via UPS last night. When I opened the package, the other package contained "UB EXO" and NOT the "UB Pro" I ordered! For me there is a big difference as since the Galaxy Note 4 I've been using the Pro model for 10 years or more and I've gotten very used to it protecting my phone! NOT VERY HAPPY! NOTE: 09/01/20 Replacement UB Pro, UPS Blue (2nd Day Air - Thanks Supcase!) arrived and everything is fine now! It's a shame that everything went so well from the start. And for people complaining about the lack of a built-in screen protector, they should have - Samsung's "in-screen fingerprint reader" wouldn't work with the Air Gap Supcase! Think folks!
