When I opened the box I realized it was a return. There were no tags, no labels, no packing slips, no instructions. Both parts of the shell were simply crumpled into balls and packed in clear plastic bags. However, I was so excited to make my old chair look nice again that I opened up the covers and tried to put them on my chair. Both pieces, but most notably the pillowcase, were covered in – I mean literally all over – coarse, tan dog hair, with a bit of human hair and balls of fluff to be safe. After a long and extremely frustrating struggle, I gave up trying to put the cover under my chair - a large, upholstered leather chair that fits the advertised dimensions for this item - and re-wrapped the covers (and their dog hair) to come back …again. :( I really hope it doesn't just get passed on to the next customer. I wanted to take a photo to check but was so annoyed I forgot! I'm glad so many other people are happy with this product .but that was probably the worst experience I have ever had buying Revain.At least someone's dog should enjoy it.
