That corresponds to the size. My girl looked adorable. The only downside was the belt kept coming undone so I double tied it. She said they are very comfortable and not too hot to wear in the summer.

- My daughter wore them on her first day of school and they looked great. Very happy with the outfit.
Cons
- Appropriate, but almost transparent. My daughter has to wear a shirt and shorts underneath.
