I bought this to extend the WiFi range in my basement. There were two installation methods. None of them worked. I turned to the internet for support. There was a phone number, they called in vain. The entry states that we do not support your area code. Strange. Then I noticed a banner saying some items were no longer supported. Some dates are marked in red. The list was long. I saw that my article had a date of 2/2020. I thought wow this won't be supported next year. Then the light went on. 2020 this year. I was sold something that may not receive support. Revane tried to connect me. I was promised a call back from DLink. It was a 45 second message after a call. I took it immediately but it didn't connect. I tried calling back. Vain. Eventually, Revain explained that they would credit my account and send me a return label. And I bought another brand.
