I was a bit surprised when the hat arrived as it seemed thin and without much shape, but in looking at it more closely, I've decided it's a great hat to take with you when you're traveling. It's lightweight and lays flat for easy packing. It's adjustable with velcro strips at the back, with detachable strap to help keep the hat on in windy conditions. It's supposed to have UV protection, which is also nice in addition to the wide brim in the front. It comes in a variety of colors with prints on the underside of the brim, which is a nice touch.
