I have very wide feet with very high arches - it's hard to find a combination - and I always have to use my own insoles. I ordered these shoes in my normal size (8) and the widest width. To my surprise they were too big so I sent them back and ordered a half size smaller (7.5) in the same width and they fit perfectly including my insoles. I'm thrilled and plan on ordering a few more pairs to wear comfortable shoes for a while.
