I always try to buy good quality glue sticks when I'm taking notes. I learned this the hard way by just grabbing whatever glue sticks I could find on my travels. A definite irritation from something that sticks together, i.e. has no adhesion, will reach you after a while. They work great for the price. They glide very well and offer good adhesion without added stickiness. There are no lumps and I like that it applies smoothly without tearing thin pages. Very surprised that the purple color disappeared so quickly. It's dark purple, but it disappeared after a while. It's great to make sure I hit all the edges.
