Really upgrades the look of plain polish.
This is so easy to use and makes a dramatic improvement to plain polish. The photo shows it over week old robins egg blue gel. Anyone who says it doesn't work just isn't applying properly. I dried top coat 15 seconds then dabbed powder over entire nail, then buffed gently but firmly with my finger until it had the appearance I wanted. The picture doesn't do it justice.
