Hmmm. I bought it in August and haven't used it to date. I actually used it once to mix flour and it was fine. I also tried grating some cheese and it was ok. Anyway, today was the first time I used it for its intended purpose and I was very disappointed. I tried making a paste out of cashews, cream and water. Firstly, despite the fact that I held the lid, milk managed to spill out during operation, which was alarming. Second, I was disappointed when I poured out most of the cream that most of the cashews were in small pieces on the bottom and not mixed into the mixture. I've tried everything to fix this, but the reality is that the blades don't go down far enough to shred things on the ground. In this case, what is the point of this car? I'm so sorry I missed the opportunity to return this item, I should have bought a better one with lower blades.
