I received my order well and the item looks like new. Now damage or something. I installed it on my phone because the charging port failed. Once installed, the charging port worked great, but once I booted up my phone, it didn't receive a service signal. At first I thought I forgot to reconnect the antenna, but when I checked everything was connected properly. After three reboots and with the same results, I installed the old charging port and the antenna worked again. I think I received a piece that was broken, but there's no point in returning that piece anyway. Luckily I was able to get the old port working and can now order another replacement.
