Handpiece safety not working and power button won't turn off

I tested the safety of the handpiece by tapping it, hitting it and then just flipping it, didn't turn it off. It could burn down your house. The power switch will only turn on the heater and then cycle through the artificial flame LED function, but will NOT turn it off. Don't trust this heater.
