Good product for the price except the shop towel rail is really crappy, flimsy and difficult to load so the towel roll is bound to fall out. It has a free spring and small rod instead of a hard roll bar for a towel roll. I need to find a decent single pole paper towel holder and drill through this device to make it to allow for a decent way of holding a towel roll. More money, shopping and work that shouldn't be! It would be great and 5 stars if they just included a basic pole to hold the shop towel.
