Easy and affordable solution for event ticketing

It is very easy to use, it has all features which you need in an online booking system like invoicing module etc., The customer support team are also quite helpful when having any problems with your account or if needed they can help out by email as well so that's not much of hassle at least compared to other companies I have used before! Nothing really but their website could do better about making everything more clear/transparent - maybe show some screenshots? Maybe make sure people know what exactly you offer them (like how many classes there will be per month). We've been using this service since 2013 now, we didn't see anything bad until recently because our business was growing nicely over time. But lately things started going downhill, mostly due to lacklustre growth rates from last year onward even though revenue grew just fine overall still nothing major happened during those months.
