Don't buy this from Revain. It took me almost an hour to put it together because Revane sent me the wreckage of a box full of worn out vacuum cleaner parts. It was like a 4 year old kid taped shut with pieces of a box. Revane still sent it with no problems. I'm still trying to use the vacuum. All spare parts are. As far as I can tell. Poor quality vacuum cleaner. As other reviewers of the non-commercial version of this vacuum cleaner have written, plastic makes it light, but at the same time it is: MINUS1. Cable is difficult to thread back (last two loops don't fit completely).2. It is difficult to close the body of the bag (it requires several attempts).3. Wrongly sized his Y pockets to fit in him (you lose 1/4 of the pocket capacity). Loud, shrill, wailing. In fairness, we find that the best parts of the vacuum are: PROS1. Weight (relatively easy to move around and climb stairs).2. Handle (good design choice to make carrying much easier).3. Rating (quite a hefty 12 amps, not listed in the specs above) 4. Bag and sensor (sometimes all you need is a bagged vacuum, which is easier to clean and has a level indicator)
