I was wondering if this would be a comfortable companion for a short to moderate run, run, hike or walk and I wasn't disappointed. My daughter also tested it on her regular runs for a week and she loves it. She runs 2-3 miles and says this is the perfect amount of water to get around while running. I like that it's comfortable on my arm while running. Has an ergonomic fit that feels comfortable in the hand. It has enough water to carry around without being distracting or bulky. The zipper opens so you can attach keys, cash, debit or credit cards, lip balm, or other toiletries or medication. This is a great alternative to carrying a bag and water bottle. . I plan to get one for teenagers and college students in my lifetime.
