So hard it scratched the phone
So insulting! I had an Otterbox for every phone I owned. This is the first time I've had trouble turning the case on and off. There were no instructions so I did what I could (watched the instruction video) but the back of my new phone is now scratched! Excellent durability, but what's the point if a transparent phone case is damaged just by putting a case on? I would return it but right now I'm too scared to remove the case and cause more damage.
