Review on 🍲 T-fal C99863 12-Quart Silver Stock Pot Cookware – Stainless Steel, Oven Safe, Dishwasher Safe, PFOA Free by David Bar

Not a good cook. The main thing I use is to brew tea daily, 2 gallons at a time. I really like that I can pour into a pitcher without wasting a drop. The design of the edge is very suitable for pouring without a defined spout. Basically I wanted a thicker base for browning meat for stews and sauces. It works fine on my convection (glass) oven. I can boil 2 gallons of water in less time than my 2 liters. The kettle has probably increased due to the higher output of the larger burner and the better thermal coupling of the lower pane. I'm also looking forward to using it for occasional deep frying indoors as the depth limits splashing a bit. I usually only use three pots. per day: frying pan, 2 liters. pot and kettle. This pot replaces the kettle and expands my indoor frying options when I want to. (I usually use a propane torch for outdoor frying because of the mess). On the other hand, the packaging was very bad. The pot is usually shrink-wrapped with a trade label and placed in a large box. When I received it the box was ruined and there is a 1.5" crease in the crooked corner of the pot, just above the bottom of the aluminum disc. I don't think this will affect the performance of the pot and I'm not worried about the aesthetics so won't be returning.
