Flounces sewn in upside down
Why did they see the flounce seems in such a way that the underside of the fabric shows? Looks cheap and awful - my only guess is the put them in upside down.Would have been nice (but slightly unpleasant feeling material - heavy and synthetic feeling) otherwisePlanning to return.
