I don't often write reviews but I'm a huge fan of this case which I really wanted in this case. (In that case? Got it? Ok sorry, carry on.) I like the feel of the material used on the outside. The canvas material has a really nice, mature look and feel. It adds to the premium feel of the Tab S7+ in my opinion. I suppose if one were to criticize the material and the vibe it gives to the case, one could say that it might remind someone of a pair of jeans which could stand out. Fortunately, I personally feel that the color schemes used (I have the gray option myself) don't allow that feeling to be evoked too much. Like I said, this feels like a premium canvas case to me. Inside the case is some kind of tough, rubbery polymer. This is very important as it helps the bottom of the screen to capture the angle you are setting. There are no grooves in this case like others I've seen and that's the only major criticism I can think of of this case. Assuming the bottom of the case is on a flat surface, the angle you adjust the screen to will remain the same for most settings. However, if you adjust the screen angle too far back so that the bottom of the screen is too close to the flip cover, the weight of the tablet will start to overcome the inside grip and your device will start to slide down ( One of the photos, which I have attached is where I twist the valve cover should show how far you can install it). an angle would be nice. Overall I think it does a good enough job of providing normal viewing angles that you'll want to use when set on a flat surface in that landscape mode. behind to provide a little extra cushion behind the top of the device in landscape mode. Very beautiful. (Another photo illustrates this.) It is comfortable to hold in this position. When you hold the tablet like a book or in "portrait" orientation, the lid and flip will curve around your back, meaning you'll likely want to rotate it so your dominant hand holds the flip side. Just my two cents, I found that more convenient. I wasn't quite sure how I'd feel about the window cutout around the pen loading slot on the back of the tablet, but thankfully the device's magnetic attraction to the pen is strong enough unless you rotate it very hard or not fall, I don't see it slipping down easily, window or not. A valve that rotates and closes the window when the lid is fully closed works well. The magnets on the flap are strong enough that while they prevent you from dropping the item, they stay in place and close the grip window when you pick up the device and put it down during normal use. Another nice thing to mention. Note: The angle brackets that hold the tablet in the sleeve cleverly do not cover the top of the device in landscape mode. That means you can still quickly place your pen on the magnetic part of this edge of the device without the case getting in the way. still visible when the case is closed. The edges of the case protrude slightly beyond the edges of the device itself. Even if you drop it straight onto those sides, you should be fine as long as the fall wasn't more than a few feet. Or about a meter, for my metric folks there. Quick, one additional detail. There is a small flap on the back of the suitcase that you can open and put something inside. There seems to be a slight magnetic attraction which also helps keep it closed. Neat, but personally I wouldn't put more than a card or piece of paper in it. The case is pretty tight around the device, and I don't want to spoil it by stuffing all sorts of nonsense into this pocket and making bulges. Protect the device appropriately if it is dropped by a child.” Something strikes me as odd. Who the hell buys an $800 device to give to a seven year old? If instead you bought this device as an adult and want to use it as a responsible adult (and not hold it in one hand while running across the room because you can't sit still while watching SpongeBob's latest episode on it), it is perfectly adequate protective cover.
