I like how easy it was to use, as well as customize my resume! It's so much easier than other companies with similar programs out there (like TalentBin). The support team also has great customer service - they are always willing help you figure things out if we have any questions or concerns about our ResumeMates account/subscription in general. There really isn't anything bad enough here at this time. If your looking into using RMS then go ahead & give them try!! We used their services when trying to get hired by Amazon / Microsoft etc., which helped us land several jobs after submitting resumes through their platform.
