Bought these blades because I was planning on clearing out a lot of hardwood scrub brush (oak, madrone and manzanita) and didn't want to waste my good chainsaw blades doing this I thought I would easily go through all three blades doing this because I would be cutting close to the ground and occasionally bouncing the blades off the dirt and also there was a lot of back cutting going on. I was amazed that I cut over 100 stumps 3 inches to 8 inches and too many to count branches 1 to 3 inches with one chainsaw blade. No sharpening and only a few blade tightening adjustments in-between. I did notice that you need to run these blades a smidge tighter than say a Oregon blade but thats not a big deal. Again I found these blades or the one of three that I used amazing and will purchase again confidently.
