I purchased this bag for my brother for largely indoor use. He normally lies on the floor to watch TV and will occasionally sleep on an inflatable mattress when he visits the family. I washed the sleeping bag right out of the box for him, and it came out of my top-load washer (delicate cycle) in superb condition. My brother gives it a two-thumbs up for comfort, both on the floor and on the mattress. He also says that its weight provides a perfect comfortable temperature when there is a chill in the night air!
