I like how easy it was for guests who were not tech savvy or had never used an app before! The best part of using this tool has been that my staff now have more time in their day because they no longer need be "on" all night long collecting data points about our customers' experience at dinner tables throughout each restaurant week after year!! It's so simple but yet very powerful when you do get some great insights into what your team can improve upon next season (or just overall). This doesn't solve everything though as there are still times where we struggle getting people involved - especially if its during peak hours/busy periods etc.. But once again thats why having multiple touchpoints across different channels helps us understand whats going well vs needing improvement too :) We've seen improvements over last years results which makes me happy knowing i am doing something right here. If anyone reading needs help improving customer service then look up table vibe otherwise stick away.
