Not what I expected but it will do
It says to wear but the zipper on the side and back has no elastic as shown in the video. Also, the "shorts" below are more like fitted underwear. I was hoping for real shorts that would cover my daughter's hips.

- The zipper on the skirt was broken on arrival, otherwise the skirt is very cute and true to size.
