The most useful feature is that you can set up automatic notifications when there are certain conditions like if customers have not paid or haven't ordered food yet etc..

It's very user friendly to use as well! I do wish it had more options in regards to time zones though so sometimes i'm away from my computer/phone at times which causes issues but otherwise pretty good overall. You should definitely check this app out - its fairly cheap too (compared to others). Automatic notification of orders being placed / payments coming through; easy setup process; ability to send messages to guests who've missed their meal without having them contact us directly about why they're late;.
