Size 7.5 fits perfectly. Very comfortable with good support. At first I thought they were too loose, but they are not. The strap helps keep them secure and the fact that they don't tighten in any way adds to the comfort. I have bursitis and these shoes fit perfectly. The only thing I don't like is that they printed the word "Fashion" in white on the velcro. It's a little sticky. I used black permanent marker to make it less visible, although I'm not sure if it's less sticky. However very comfortable shoes worth keeping.
