I've had this product for 10 months and I'm very dissatisfied with it. It doesn't cost $20! At best $9. The first problem is that the blinking green light around the S/S button is VERY bright! It's incredibly distracting. I turned off the light and its blinking LED lit up half the room. Why is it on a timer? Poor quality buttons. Literally a month later, the buttons stopped working every time I pressed them. I don't have to check every time if it works, it should just work. And no, I'm not using it incorrectly. I push the buttons hard every time. Sometimes they just don't work. The first memory button is particularly bad, I have to press it 3 to 6 times before it finally works. Sometimes I press the stop/start button and nothing happens. I go back to check and it never started and I didn't check the time when I clicked on it so I just added disappointment to my life when I bought this specifically to make my life a little easier to do. Since multi-memory timers are sometimes hard to come by, I assume that customer demand outweighs the consequences of not updating and correcting product quality and design. Apply black nail polish or paint directly to the LED to dim it, then reassemble the device. I've used this little trick on other electronics before). I want everyone to stop giving feedback until they've used the product long enough to know if it's lasting or not. Even professional reviewers make this mistake. This will reset the rating systems.
